("WS"). 1.Note 1.1 The following terms and conditions apply for all product from WS. 1.2 WS reserves the right to change the terms,conditions,and notices under which the WS Web Sites are offered.You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. 2.Payment and retention of ownership 2.1 The product remains the property of the vendor until it is completely paid for. 2.2 All costs that are caused by abusing credit cards, reverse charging due to lack of credit etc., are paid by the customer. 2.3 Every abuse of credit cards or account information will be legally pursued. 3.Rights and licenses 3.1 When buying software, the buyer acquires only the right to use the products according to the specification. This especially applies to the protection against illegal copying of the software. 3.3 The customer is responsible for all damages which result from a violation of the copyright instructions or illegal use. 4.User Account,Password and Security 4.1 If a particular Service requires you to open an account you will be required to complete the registration process by providing certain information and registering a username and password for use with that Service.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and also for all activities which take place under your account.You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. 4.2 WS does not send emails asking for a user's username/id and password or its Windows username and password. To keep the Service secure, You and the Contracting Party should keep all usernames and passwords confidential. 5.Warranty and Limitation of Liability 5.1 Liability is defined as the absence of, or the incorrect working of a guaranteed function, but not as the suitability for a particular application. Before the conclusion of the contract, the customer has to check, for judicial and other resons, if the purchased software is suitable for the planned purpose. 5.2 Especially for technical reasons, it can not be guaranteed, that all computers will be reachable without any exceptions or errors. Advanced firewall technologies as well as special network structures can reduce the connection quality in some cases. This behavior has to be checked by the customer during the test period and is not a fault. 5.3 If WS is not willing or able to remove the faults or deliver a replacement or the process fails for other reasons, the customer has the right to insist on revoking the contract or reveiving and appropriate rebate of the purchase price. 5.4 Neither WS nor any of its employees and licensors shall be liable for any damages caused by the software, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, loss of savings, revenue or data incurred by customers or any third party, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In cases where state or country law does not allow such limitation the liability shall in any case be limited to the price paid for the license. 6.Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed on accordance with the law of China and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chinese courts.
