Scope of Application These terms and conditions of use of Netviewer AG, legally represented by the Board Members Dr. Andreas Schweinbenz and Robert Gratzl, Erzbergerstraße 117, 76133 Karlsruhe, apply only to users for private, non-commercial use of the Netviewer Software. 2. User group/use Netviewer Software for non-commercial use is exclusively available to consumers for private use. You can download Netviewer Software for non-commercial use for private use, without charge. Registration is unnecessary. 3. Scope of services of Netviewer / Licence These terms and conditions of use grant you and your communication partners the right to use the Netviewer Software for non-commercial use without charge. The cost-free use is expressly permitted only to consumer, i.e. private persons, and exclusively for private purposes. Please note that the Netviewer Software for non-commercial use is used via the Internet and the telephone network, which can cause additional costs for you.
