Definitions "LICENSOR" means Adrian Schlesinger. "SOFTWARE" means Taskix 2.1. 2. Shareware a. The unregistered release may be used without any charge, does not contain any form of malware, it is not restricted in functionality or performance and never expires. b. Registration is expected after a period of up to 30 days of unregistered use if you are satisfied with the SOFTWARE. For the registered release you have to pay a license fee, by following instructions prompted by the program. c. You may not modify or create any derivative works of the SOFTWARE. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE. 3. Distribution of the SOFTWARE a. You may make copies of the SOFTWARE; give exact copies of the original to anyone; and distribute the SOFTWARE in its unmodified form. You must distribute a copy of this EULA with any copy of the SOFTWARE and anyone to whom you distribute the SOFTWARE is subject to this EULA. b. You may not disclose your Taskix license number. c. You may not charge any fees for the copy or use of the SOFTWARE itself. You must not represent in any way that you are selling the SOFTWARE itself. 4. Intellectual Property Rights This EULA does not transmit any intellectual rights on the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE and any copies that you may make are the intellectual property of and are owned by the LICENSOR. 5. NO WARRANTIES The LICENSOR expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU.
