LICENSE AGREEMENT Please read and understand this license agreement fully before using the Folder Marker v 4.0 software (also referred to in this agreement as 'the software', 'this software' or 'Folder Marker'). This is an agreement between you, the end-user, and ArcticLine Software, the publisher of the Folder Marker software. By installing and/or using this software, you agree to fulfill the terms of this agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, THE SOFTWARE MUST BE REMOVED, INCLUDING ANY INSTALLATION FILES AND ARCHIVAL FILES. You shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software or any part thereof or otherwise attempt to derive source code or create derivative works there from. You are not allowed to remove, alter or destroy any copyright markings or notices placed upon or contained with the software. All icons, which you will use with Folder Marker, are for personal use ONLY! You shall not modify, distribute icons or use them for your site, program, etc. without the permission of icons author! Trial Version The trial version of this software may be used for evaluation purposes at the user's own risk for a period of 30 days from the date of installation. At the end of the trial period, the user must either purchase a license to continue using the software, or remove it from his/her system. The trial version may be freely distributed, provided distribution package is not modified. Anyone can distribute trial version of Folder Marker on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission (just inform us by E-mail). No person or company is allowed to charge a fee for the distribution of Folder Marker without written permission from the copyright holder. Licensed Version On payment of the appropriate license fee, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Folder Marker on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions. The Standard license gives the right to the licensee to use Folder Marker on one PC. If you want to use Folder Marker on more than one PC, or if there are more computer users, you should purchase the appropriate number of licenses. Free Version Folder Marker Free is freeware. This software may be used at the user's own risk without any payment. The free version may be freely distributed, provided distribution package is not modified. Anyone can distribute Folder Marker Free on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission (just inform us by E-mail). Everyday Folder Icons This installation of Folder Marker will install Demo version of Everyday Folder Icons (also referred to in this agreement as 'the icons' or 'this icons') too. All icons are for personal use ONLY! An icon, or a subset of the icons may not be pub-licensed, resold, rent, transfer, or otherwise made available for use to any third party. You shall not modify, distribute icons or use them for your site, program, etc. You are not allowed to remove, alter or destroy any copyright markings or notices placed upon or contained with the icons. The demo version of Everyday Folder Icons may be used at the user's own risk without any payment. The demo version contains only small part of the whole icon set. If you like icons, you may buy full (licensed) version of the icons. Warranty and damages TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ARCTICLINE SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONFORMANCE WITH DESCRIPTION, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SOFTWARE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN ON-LINE CONTROL OF AIRCRAFT, AIR TRAFFIC, AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION OR AIRCRAFT COMMUNICATIONS; IN THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION OR MAINTENANCE OF ANY NUCLEAR FACILITY OR ANY ANOTHER SYSTEMS FROM WHICH DEPENDS LIFES OR SAFETY OF PEOPLE.
