SOFTWARE LICENSE You (LICENSEE) should carefully read this license agreement before using this software. Your use of WordMaestro (SOFTWARE) indicates your acceptance of all terms and conditions of this license agreement. This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Arcadia Software. By opening the sealed software packages (if appropriate), installing the software and/or by using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. IF LICENSEE DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE LICENSE TERMS, NO LICENSE IS GRANTED TO THE SOFTWARE, AND LICENSEE SHOULD DESTROY ANY OBTAINED COPIES OF THE SOFTWARE AND ANY ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This License Agreement (LICENSE) permits you to use a single copy or multiples copies if you are the only user of the software product identified above, which may include user documentation provided in on-line or electronic form. The SOFTWARE is licensed on a per-user basis. This Agreement requires that each user of the SOFTWARE be Licensed individually. Each user of this SOFTWARE must be covered either individually or as part of a group Multi-User License.
