TINYTRADER End User License Agreement NOTICE: By installing, operating, copying, distributing, or otherwise using TINYTRADER, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, DO NOT INSTALL TINYTRADER. Conditioned on your honoring the terms of this Agreement, Antonello Aringhieri (the Author) hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use the software TINYTRADER (the Software). YOU MAY: - use the Software on any computer; - copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices. YOU MAY NOT: - permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above; - modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction), - create derivative works based on the Software; - copy the Software (except as specified above); - rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software; - remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software. DISTRIBUTION You may provide copies of TINYTRADER to others for their use so long as you: a. provide exact, unmodified copies of TINYTRADER in the form of the self-installing .exe file or the ZIP file downloaded from www.tinytrader.it, including all accompanying files, this Agreement, and all copyright, trademark, proprietary, and other notices; b. do not charge or collect any monetary or other compensation for or in connection with TINYTRADER, apart from a modest reproduction or handling fee; and c. reference Antonello Aringhieri as the sole source of TINYTRADER and reference the official TINYTRADER website www.tinytrader.it. TERMINATION. The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you assume the entire cost of any service and repair.
