GMDH SHELL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before installing a copy of the GMDH Shell Software. OWNERSHIP Geos Research Group owns the downloaded software programs and the documentation, all of which are protected under applicable copyright laws. Your right to use this software and documentation is limited to the terms and conditions of this License. You assume responsibility for the selection of the software to achieve your intended results and for the installation, use and results obtained from the software. UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE The Software is initially provided to you for evaluation purposes. It may be used free of charge on an unlimited number of machines for an unlimited amount of time. Advanced features of the unregistered software have been disabled and will only become enabled after registration of the software has occurred. REGISTERING AND USE Registering the Software means that, subject to your payment of the applicable fee, Geos Research Group will grant you a single end user license to use the software on only one single computer indicated by unique computer Hardware ID. If you wish to use the software on more than one computer, you must obtain a number of end user licenses equal to the number of computers on which the software will be used and pay the registration fees accordingly. RESTRICTIONS Except as provided in this statement you may not rent, lease, modify, translate, sublicense, nor reverse engineer this software.
