IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 1. LICENSE GRANT. Digital Atlantic Corp. grants you a license to use the SOFTWARE on an unlimited number of computers provided that you are the only individual using the SOFTWARE and only one copy of the SOFTWARE is in use at any one time.
