This agreement supersedes any prior version license and governs your use of the software. EaseUS exclusively owns all copyrights of EaseUS MobiMover Free. EaseUS MobiMover Free may be freely distributed, if the distribution package is not modified. No person may charge a fee for the distribution of EaseUS MobiMover Free without written permission from the copyright holder. EaseUS MobiMover Free is for private, noncommercial, home computer usage only. Use of EaseUS MobiMover Free within any organization or for commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. EASEUS MOBIMOVER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you choose to participate, we will be automatically collecting information about your hardware configuration, software configuration and the way you use EaseUS products. We will not collect any private information, like your name, address, phone number, or keyboard input.
