The user must assume the entire risk of using the program, knowing in particular that this software is not designed or intended for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, where its failure to perform, misuse or inability to use adequately can reasonably be expected to lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.
