Applicable Laws You must not sell, transfer, export or re-sell for export to any party, this Software for use directly or indirectly, or if you have grounds for suspecting that this Software is intended to used for any purposes, related to mass destructive weapons or missiles technology. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, including patent and copyright laws. Any claim arising out of this Agreement will be brought in the Republic of India and in this regard, all parties will submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Courts.
