License Agreement Tuesday August 24, 2006 This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and JCE Internet and Jons Computers & Electronics. Please read it carefully. The subject of the present agreement is WordSafe Voyager hereinafter mentioned as Software including the whole delivery package, namely software itself and the covering documentation. Any usage of this product including installation of the Software or any of its parts on a computer, loading the product into operating memory (RAM) or permanent storage on a computers disk or other storage medium, as well as any other type of usage means that you accept all the terms and conditions of the present Agreement. This Software is owned by Jons Computers & Electronics and is protected by US copyright laws and international copyright treaties. Any changes to the Software and its components, any additions to it, including the case of running and executing on your computer any software not built-in into your operating system and affecting the Softwares operation or changing its results, as well as storage and distribution of such a changed or augmented Software, are strictly forbidden. The Software is licensed by the present Agreement to be used for any commercial and other proper purposes except for the following exclusions. You may not use this software to make ad designs to promote or sell any illegal products or adult material such as sex ads to promote or sell any type of sexual pictures (pornography) or any other illegal activitys. This software was designed and is being sold for the purpose of making auction ads or email ads and web pages and not for the purpose of illegal trade or promotion of pornographic materials. You must leave the Designed by EZ Ad Designer Logo intact as it is placed at the bottom of each ad design and you may not alter the link associated with it in any way. Any violations of this will result in termination of this license and may result in legal action being taken against you or your company. You acknowledge that the Software remains the property of Jons Computers & Electronics or its suppliers and therefore you agree not to modify the Software or attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software. This product has no limits in terms of its usage. This product is assigned for installation and execution on a single computer assembled as a solitary system unit and by a single user only. If you have an upgrade to this Software, it constitutes a single product together with the product that you upgraded, and may not be used to increase the total number of licensed installations of the Software. Except as provided in this License Agreement, you may not transfer,sell, rent, lease, lend, copy, modify, emulate, clone, decompile,translate, sublicense, time-share or electronically transmit or receive the Software or any of its parts or to distribute it in any other way. This product is provided "AS IS". Jons Computers & Electronics disclaimes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability reliable and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Jons Computers & Electronics or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interuption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary (loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Any variation to the terms of this agreement shall only be valid if made and delivered by Jons Computers & Electronics. If you do not agree to any clause of this agreement you may ask for explanations from Jons Computers & Electronics. However, this doesnt authorize you to consider this agreement admitted. The present Agreement may be canceled solely by you any time you like. In case of termination of the present agreement you should promptly terminate usage of the product and delete all the file referred to it so as the results of its work, from your computer. Any violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement will result in its immediate termination.
