(LICENSOR) LICENSES ITS WEBBUILD EXPRESS SOFTWARE (SOFTWARE) TO YOU PROVIDING THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE. INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE WILL INDICATE YOUR CONSENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. Should any litigation be commenced between the parties to this Agreement concerning this Agreement or the relationship created hereby, the party prevailing in litigation shall be entitled, in addition to any other relief granted, to a reasonable sum for attorney's fees and costs including such fees and costs on appeal.
