END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. NOTICE TO USERS: Use of Vocabulary Worksheet Factory 4 constitutes your acceptance of the following terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install and/or use this software. Your use of this software is conditioned upon compliance by you with the terms of this agreement. For the purposes of this license agreement, "SOFTWARE" means the program Vocabulary Worksheet Factory 4 and includes the Lite and Evaluation editions, "YOU" means the company, entity, or individual installing or using the SOFTWARE, "USE" means storing, loading, installing, executing, or displaying the SOFTWARE. Vocabulary Worksheet Factory 4 is NOT in the Public Domain. Schoolhouse Technologies Inc. retains ownership and copyright and exclusively reserves all rights to the SOFTWARE. Schoolhouse Technologies Inc. asserts its right to be recognized as the author and owner of Vocabulary Worksheet Factory 4. EVALUATION AGREEMENT: A free evaluation edition of Vocabulary Worksheet Factory 4 is available. The evaluation edition of the program is fully functional with one limitation: all worksheets print with banners except for Scrambled Sentences, Missing Letters in Text, Study Sheet and Word Search. Once you purchase the program, you will receive the regular edition of the program with the printed banners removed. LITE AGREEMENT: A free Lite edition of Vocabulary Worksheet Factory 4 is available. The Lite edition of the program has all of the functionality of the regular program, but only four worksheets are available: Scrambled Sentences, Missing Letters in Text, Study Sheet and Word Search. In order to have access to all of the vocabulary worksheets, the regular edition of Vocabulary Worksheet Factory 4 must be purchased. LICENSE GRANT: Schoolhouse Technologies Inc. grants you a license to use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer for use by a single individual, unless a site license has been purchased in which case the SOFTWARE may be used by multiple individuals on multiple computers within a single institution at a single physical location. This license is not transferable to any other hardware product or other company, entity, or individual. PUBLISHING LICENSE: The materials produced with this SOFTWARE may be freely reproduced for educational purposes within the limits of the LICENSE GRANT, but may not be reproduced, bound, compiled, or in any other way offered for resale or distribution for financial gain, whether in printed or digital form, unless a publishing license has been purchased in which case the SOFTWARE may be used by a single company or educational institution to reproduce, bind, and compile materials for resale or distribution. OWNERSHIP: The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by Schoolhouse Technologies Inc.
