- You can use each software license in only one instance of the software in the registered location. - You can purchase multiple software licenses at a discounted price. - You agree not to copy, distribute, transfer the ownership or resell this software. - You agree not to reverse engineer, seek to bypass, subvert or circumvent by fraudulent or other means the licensing mechanism of the software, decompile, disassemble the software in whole or in part. - You can change the Flash sources codes of the application if you purchased them with your license order. - Up to one year of software updates is included with each license depending the license you choose to buy, after that you can renew your subscription each year if you wish to get new updates; but the renewal is optional. - Flash source codes for the software modules are not included with the standard source codes package but can be purchased separately. - GChat licenses will be registered with your server. - You are allowed to change your license details up to 10 times, at no extra cost. - By renewing your subscription, you will get further 10 license changes. - If you move to a different server you must update your license details and deactivate your software on the old server prior to attempting to reinstall and run the software at the new location. Failure to do this will result in the termination of your license. - You may exercise your right to one-time free installation and integration no latter than one month after the original software purchase, i.e. the date on which your receive your license key. - You must not remove copyright, branding and trademark information from GChat software packages. - You must not delete, alter or obscure the software license and terms and conditions which come with the software. - You cannot offer hosting for GChat software without being an authorized GChat hosting reseller. - We offer an interactive demo of our software products and downloadable trials where appropriate; these are provided as is and no additional trial or demo options can be arranged, unless explicitly made available by us at a later date. - The software must never distributed in part or without its official documentation. - This software's refund policy followed our standard refund arrangements as described in our refund policy. - Software licenses are lifetime. - You must have a valid license to access GChat technical support. - If you do not accept any of these terms, you are not authorized to use this application. - You must also accept our website, services and general terms and conditions in addition to the above. - We reserve the right to cancel or disable your license without refund and notice if you fail to meet our terms and conditions. - We reserve the right to add, delete or modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
