VIRTUAL SINGER END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) 1. UNREGISTERD AND REGISTERED VERSIONS : The unregistered version of the product can be used without time limit. This enables the user to ensure the product matches his requirement. The registered version of the product is assigned to its sole owner, becoming personal and confidential. Neither the registered copy of the software, nor the personal registration number can be distributed in any form. The registered user is fully responsible for the non-distribution of his personal registration number or his registered copy of the software. 2. DISCLAIMER : MYRIAD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONTINGENT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM POSSESSION, USE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHER THEORIES OF LAW, WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY MYRIAD, OR ANY UNDERTAKINGS, ACTS OR OMISSIONS RELATING THERETO.
