Terms of Usage Vallen JPegger is free for private non-commercial use as well as for use in charity organizations and educational use. Private use is only when used by individuals at home on their private PC. Educational use is by students for education in school or university. The use of Vallen JPegger Version 4.60 or later requires one license per workstation in companies, public facilities or authorities. One License contains the non-exclusive right to use the software on one workstation for an unlimited period of time for the current version including updates for one year beginning with the invoice date. Evaluation There is an evaluation period of 30 days granted once to companies and public facilities to evaluate Vallen JPegger without a license. After expiration of the evaluation period licensing of the software is required for further use. Delivery The current version of Vallen JPegger can be downloaded from the Internet free of charge. The current download link is (but might be changed in future): http://www.vallen.de/freeware Redistribution Vallen JPegger maybe redistributed in its original unmodified form as published by Vallen Systeme GmbH. The software may also be redistributed on data media, as long as Vallen Systeme GmbH receives a copy free of charge. Terms of Usage are obligatory for any use of the software. Decompilation and Modifications Decompiling the program into other code types as well as other ways to retrieve any earlier stages of the production process (Reverse-Engineering) including any modifications even for personal use requires written confirmation of Vallen Systeme GmbH. Liabilities Vallen Systeme GmbH supplies Vallen JPegger according to the Terms of Usage given above. Vallen JPegger is protected by copyright laws. Vallen Systeme GmbH doesn't guarantee the usability of the program for any purpose and cannot be made liable for any type of damages or any loss of money or data or consequential damages or losses that may arise by the use of this program or any of its updates.
