GRANT OF LICENSE ------------------------ 1.1 Stegisoft ("AUTHOR") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable License to use the UltraFileSearch ("SOFTWARE") on your computer depending on the type of License that, based on certain conditions, must be applied. 1.2 Trial License --------------- This edition of the Software is distributed as Shareware with a Trial Period of 30 days. The Trial Period begins when the SOFTWARE is installed for the first time on the Computer for evaluation purposes. Once the Trial Period has expired, to continue using the SOFTWARE, you must purchase the License to use. 1.3 Single User License ----------------------- A Single User License allows the use of the SOFTWARE mainly to the Customer who has purchased it. The SOFTWARE may be installed and used on up to 3 Devices (PC Desktop, Notebook, USB Key), but can not be used concurrently on more than one Device at a time. 1.4 Multi-User License ---------------------- The Multi-User License allows installation and use of the SOFTWARE on a number of different Devices (PC Desktop, Notebook, USB Key), not exceeding the quantity of Licenses purchased. A Multi-User License is not a Floating Licence: Each Device must be counted separately, even if the Devices are not in use concurrently. 1.5 Registration Key -------------------- The Registration Key which is sent in order to register the SOFTWARE is reserved exclusively to the Customer who has purchased it and must not be given or sold to others under any circumstances. 2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE ----------------------------- 2.1 You may not alter, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the SOFTWARE. 2.2 You may not vary, delete or obscure any notices of proprietary rights or any product identification or restrictions on or in the SOFTWARE. 2.3 You must not use this SOFTWARE to engage in or allow others to engage in any illegal activity. 2.4 You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the SOFTWARE Product. 2.5 Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. 3.
