By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, licensor is unwilling to license the software. In such event, you may not install, copy download or use the software. 1. Copyright The copyright and intellectual property rights of this software, as well as all its documentation, including this online help system, are owned by TT Studio, and are protected by copyright laws of the PRC and international intellectual property right treaties. You may not copy any portion of the software or documentation in any form, except to use this software in accordance with the terms of the agreement or to make one copy for backup purposes. You may not alter the software in any way. If copies of the documentation must be made, you should make them in printed form only. 2. Usage restrictions You may not permit others to reverse engineer, decompile, decode, decrypt, disassemble, or in any way derive source code from the Software;Modifying, distributing, or creating derivative work of the Software is not allowed; Moreover, you cannot publicly display, transmit, sell, rent, lease or otherwise exploit the Software. 3. Distribution You may distribute an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT directly to end users; provided that (i) each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of and governed by the terms of this EULA; (ii) such distribution shall be governed by terms no less protective than the terms of this EULA; (iii) you agree to terminate your distribution of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT immediately at any time and for any reason upon request by TT Studio; (iv) you shall not serve or otherwise place any advertisements during the download or installation process of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; (v) you shall not offer, download or install, any additional products during the download or installation process of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; and (vi) as part of the installation process for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you shall provide end users with an opportunity affirmatively to select to install any THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE or not to install any THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE; and (vii)copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed with your own product or any other product only with the prior written consent of TT Studio. 4. Term This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Software, together with all copies thereof. 5. No other warranties This software and the accompanying files are sold "As Is" and without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. TT Studio Software is not responsible for any damage whatsoever incurred before, during, or after the use of this software. The person using the software bears all risks as to the quality and performance of the software. 6. Severability In the event of invalidity of any provision of this license, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this license.
