This product is licensed, not sold. By using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. They are: - You may use the application on as many computers as you wish, but only for your school. - You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application. - You may not lease or lend the application. - Time Software may freely use, at its discretion, any information given to it by yourselves. - The application may send and receive data via your internet connection. All costs pertaining to the use of the application will be for your account. - The application may send general application information to Time Software (eg: frequency of use and error messages) for control and product-improvement purposes. All such information will be treated strictly confidential. - Time Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions.
