The primary user of the computer on which the software is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable computer. Storage/Network Use. You may also store or install a copy of the software on a storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the software on your other computers over an internal network; however, you must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate computer on which the software is installed or run from the storage device. A license for the software may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers. OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS Software Transfer. This license is not transferable to any other hardware product or other company, entity, or individual. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Toolbar Design Software may terminate this license if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this license. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the software and all of its component parts. OWNERSHIP The software is owned and copyrighted by Toolbar Design Software. Your license confers no title or ownership in the software and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the software. UNAUTHORIZED USE You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the software except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license. DISTRIBUTION You may distribute copies of the evaluation version (i.e. Trial Version) of this product. You may assume you have our authority to distribute the evaluation, unless we explicitly tell you otherwise. It must, however remain in its original, unmodified state, and all its constituent files must be included.
