USE OF THE PRODUCT INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PROMPTLY RETURN THE UNOPENED DISK PACKAGE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ITEMS. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, THE END USER, AND MICRO-ACTIVE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. COPYRIGHT The TKD Scorer Lite programs and its related documentation are copyrighted and at all times remains the property of Micro-Active Australia Pty. Ltd. LICENSE This is a license agreement. This is not an agreement for a sale. You are granted a non-exclusive right to use the enclosed programs. You may use the programs on a single computer (one central processing unit) which you own or use. Title to the software, related documentation and any copies thereof is retained by Micro-Active Australia Pty Ltd. You may make copies of the software solely for the purpose of backing up and protecting your investment. LIMITED WARRANTY Micro-Active Australia Pty Ltd warrants that the physical diskette(s) and the physical documentation provided herein are free of defects in material and workmanship, assuming normal use. In the event you fail to fulfil these commitments, Micro-Active Australia Pty Ltd may exercise its right to unequivocally cancel the license. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable it shall be deemed severable from, and shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement.
