This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and SymbolChooser Software LLC for the SymbolChooser computer software and associated documentation ("SymbolChooser"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using SymbolChooser you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you are not authorized to use SymbolChooser. The terms of this EULA, as well as the SymbolChooser features and interface design are subject to change in future versions. TRIAL MODE LIMITATIONS. The SymbolChooser installer will initially install SymbolChooser onto your computer in its trial mode. The trial mode of SymbolChooser has been limited relative to the licensed mode of SymbolChooser. The trial mode of SymbolChooser may be used only to evaluate its suitability before deciding whether to purchase a license key that will allow the use of SymbolChooser in its licensed mode. SymbolChooser is owned by SymbolChooser Software LLC. It is licensed, not sold. A single copy of SymbolChooser may either be used by a single person who uses SymbolChooser personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single computer used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. SymbolChooser is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. SymbolChooser Software LLC reserves all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, and trademark rights. SymbolChooser is protected by United States patent #7,292,248. DISTRIBUTION OF REDISTRIBUTABLE FILES. SymbolChooser Software LLC grants you a non-exclusive license to distribute files generated with SymbolChooser without fee provided that you agree to defend and indemnify SymbolChooser Software LLC from and against any damages, costs, liabilities, settlement amounts and/or expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred in connection with any claim, lawsuit or action by any third party that arises or results from the use or distribution of any redistributable files. The "Save As PDF..." action in SymbolChooser is based on code from Gnostice Information Technologies Private Limited. It is not permitted to extract this functionality and use it outside of SymbolChooser.
