Use of the software provided with this agreement the (SOFTWARE) constitutes your acceptance of the terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install and/or use the software. Use of the software implies compliance with the terms of this agreement condition. LICENSE GRANT Speals Ltd. grants you a license to use this SOFTWARE with payment requirement. "You" means the company, entity or individual whose uses funds to pay the license fee. "Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the SOFTWARE. You may not modify the SOFTWARE or disable any licensing or control features of the SOFTWARE except as an intended part of the SOFTWARE's programming features. License for use of the SOFTWARE doesn't impose any limitations on duration of the period of use. The license grants you a right to get updates of the SOFTWARE and your right for technical support of the SOFTWARE for free within one year after purchase. The license for getting the SOFTWARE updates and technical support can be prolonged on special terms. OWNERSHIP Speals Ltd. owns and copyrights the SOFTWARE.
