COPYRIGHT The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software, including any copies that you make, is owned by SQL Uniform Software Team. The Software is licenced, not sold. The Software consists of machine-readable instructions, audio/visual content (such as software documentation) and related licenced materials. Except as described in this licence, you may not distribute, rent, lease, modify, sublicence, or decompile or reverse engineer this software or the media and documentation. You may make a reasonable number of copies of the Software for backup and recovery purposes. You may not remove or obscure any copyright and trademark notices relating to the Software. This Software may only be used on a single computer system owned or leased by Customer. At SQL Uniform Software Team's discretion, SQL Uniform Software Team may provide limited support through email. SQL Uniform Software Team incurs no obligation to provide any support under this Agreement. TERM AND TERMINATION This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of Software. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from SQL Uniform Software Team if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of Software. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY NO WARRANTIES. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH YOU. IN NO EVENT WILL SQL UNIFORM SOFTWARE TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR OTHER ECONOMIC CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF SQL UNIFORM SOFTWARE TEAM OR ITS AUTHORIZED SUPPLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ADDITION SQL UNIFORM SOFTWARE TEAM AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CLAIMED BY YOU BASED ON ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIM. INTEGRATION This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and SQL Uniform Software Team relating to its subject matter. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, representations and warranties and prevails over any conflicting or additional terms of any quote, order, acknowledgment, or other communication between the parties relating to its subject matter during the term of this Agreement. No modification of this Agreement will be binding, unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of each party. UPGRADES If you purchase, receive or download an upgrade, this Agreement will be extended to include both the original version of the Software and the new version.
