SOLO EXPLORER LICENCE AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE, CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. LICENSE GRANT Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, the Author grants you the right to use the Software in the manner provided below. You may install and use a copy of the Software on one computer. If you want to use the Software on more than one computer at a time, or if you want to network the Software, you must obtain separate licenses from the Author. You may make one backup copy of the Software, provided your backup copy is not installed or used on any computer. PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS You understand and agree as follows: You may not transfer the Software unless you permanently transfer the entire Software (including all components and archival copies, if any), and the person to whom the Software is transferred is informed of and agrees to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. Except as provided in the License Agreement, you may not transfer, rent, lease, lend, copy, modify, translate, sublicense, time-share or electronically transmit or receive the Software, media or documentation. You acknowledge that the Software in source code form remains a confidential trade secret of the Author and therefore you agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software. You may not incorporate the Software in whole or in part in any other product or create derivative works based on all or any part of it. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS You acknowledge and agree that the Author owns all title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software. You agree that you shall take no action that might jeopardize, limit, or interfere in any way with the Author's ownership or other rights regarding the Software. You acknowledge that the Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and by international treaties. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. GENERAL PROVISIONS If any part of this License Agreement is found void and unenforceable for any reason, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the License Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. This License Agreement may only be modified by a writing signed by the Author. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
