Solitaire City Trial Version 4.00 for Windows Copyright 2003-2010 Digital Smoke LLC All Rights Reserved Software License Agreement You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Use of this software, regardless of whether you have registered it or not, indicates your acceptance of this License Agreement and warranty. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement then do not use the software and delete all copies in your possession. Trial Version License You are hereby licensed to use this trial version of Solitaire City for a period of 200 minutes of actual game play time to evaluate whether you would like to purchase the full version. Your 200 minutes only count down while you are playing the game and not when you are in the game's front end menus. Your time remaining will be displayed each time you launch the application. Once your evaluation period has ended you must purchase a registration key over the internet if you wish to continue playing. The registration fee is a one time payment that entitles you to unlimited play on the Windows version of Solitaire City and a lifetime of free updates. Features that are locked in the trial version, such as global hi-scores will also be accessible upon installation of your registration key and any nag screens or adverts present in the trial version will be removed. If you don't wish to purchase a registration key once your evaluation period has expired then please remove all copies of the software from your computers by double clicking on the "Uninstall" icon in the "Solitaire City" folder. The file is small and you are encouraged to back it up to a floppy disk, memory card, stick or other removable media in case you need to re-install it in the future. As a registered user, you will be entitled to a lifetime of free updates. The latest trial version is always available for download from the Solitaire City website and to upgrade, you simply download and install it on your computer and your registration key file will automatically convert it to a fully registered version.
