BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU INDICATE ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE. LICENSE This Snotra Tech end - user license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), and Snotra Tech for Oracle Data Components software application, source code, demos, intermediate files, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation contained in this installation file. For the purpose of this agreement, the purchased software program(s) and supporting documentation will be referred to as the "Software". The enclosed Software is licensed, not sold. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE This License Agreement grants you the next: Software may be used by a single developer who uses this software personally on one or more computers for sole purposes of developing. You are allowed to deploy run-time assemblies with your executable applications without royalty fee. 2. DESCRIPTION RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS The license grants a non-exclusive right to install and use Software on one or more computers for a single person. You may make one copy of the Software for archival purposes, or copy the Software onto the hard disk of your computer and retain the original for archival purposes. You may not: - Distribute and resell Software or any derivative work using it, except supplying run-time assemblies with your executable applications; - Transfer, assign, or modify Software, in whole or in part; - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Software; - Reproduce or distribute any Software documentation without SnotraTechs express written permission; - Remove or alter any Snotra Techs copyright notices or other proprietary markings on any copies of Software. Only the legally registered developer end-user is licensed to use Software, subject to all of the conditions of this agreement. All code contained in Software is confidential and proprietary copyrighted work and trade secrets of Snotra Tech. 3. TRANSFER You may not transfer Software to any individual or entity without prior acceptance by SnotraTech. In particular, you may not share copies of the Software with other co-developers without proper licensing of these copies under each individuals name. 4. TERMINATION SnotraTech may immediately terminate this agreement without notice or judicial resolution in the event of any failure to comply with any provision of this License. Upon such termination you MUST destroy Software, all accompanying written materials and all copies. 5. WARRANTY Software and documentation is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. SnotraTech makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or use. 6. COPYRIGHT The Software is owned by Snotra Tech and is protected by international copyright laws and treaty provisions. You may not remove the copyright notice from any copy of Software or any copy of the written materials, accompanying the Software. This agreement contains the total agreement between the two parties and supercedes any other agreements, written, oral, expressed or implied.
