1. LICENSING SmElis Technologies gives you a license to use SmElis WebData Extractor on any hardware. "You" means a company, a legal entity or an individual whose funds are used to pay for the license. "Use" means storing, transferring, installing and running the software. If you are a private individual, you may use one copy of SmElis WebData Extractor anywhere you need on any number of computers simultaneously provided that nobody else except the members of your family uses this software. If you are a legal entity, you may use one copy of SmElis WebData Extractor only on one workplace and only for one user. It means that you must have as many purchased licenses as many persons use SmElis WebData Extractor. If the number of users is quite large, you can order a special license. You may have any number of copies of this software that are used as reserve copies.
