This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of your use of Clickie software and all related documentation (the "SOFTWARE"). The SOFTWARE is owned by Skype Sender Soft. (the "OWNER") and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. 1. LICENSE GRANT. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. You have only the non-exclusive right to use the SOFTWARE as permitted herein and do not acquire any rights of ownership in the SOFTWARE or any other implied rights. You may use the SOFTWARE without charge. You may make copies of the SOFTWARE as you wish; give exact copies of the original SOFTWARE to anyone; and distribute the SOFTWARE in its UNMODIFIED FORM via electronic means (Internet, BBSs, CD-ROMs, etc.). You may not charge any fee for the copy or use of the SOFTWARE itself, but you may charge a distribution fee that is reasonably related to any cost you incur distributing the SOFTWARE (e.g. packaging). You must not represent in any way that you are selling the SOFTWARE itself. You will not be entitled any compensation of any kind for the distribution of the copy of the SOFTWARE. 2. "AS IS SALE". The SOFTWARE and any related documentation is provided "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation the implied warranties or conditions of merchantable quality, noninfringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software is borne by you. 3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Neither the OWNER or any DISTRIBUTOR of the SOFTWARE shall be liable to you for any loss or damage related to the installation or use of the SOFTWARE including, without limitation, any inaccuracy of data, loss of profits or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, even if the parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 4. RESTRICTIONS. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this agreement, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement. 5. EXPORT. You agree to fully comply with all laws and regulations of the United States and other countries ("Export Laws") to assure that neither the SOFTWARE, related technical information or any direct products thereof are (1) exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of Export Laws, or (2) are used for any purpose prohibited by any law or regulation.
