END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SOFTWARE PRODUCTS OF SE-SOFT.COM IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between You and SE-SOFT.COM for the SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE. By installing, copying, or otherwise using this software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If You do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE. Any reproduction or redistribution of SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE or any of its components not in accordance with the End-User License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE is fully owned by SE-SOFT.COM, this license agreement doesn't change the ownership. Definitions: 1. "SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE" shall mean all of the contents of the files (provided either by electronic download, on physical media or any other method of distribution), disk(s), CD-ROM(s) or other media with which this agreement is provided) which may be found at se-soft.com. 2. "Use" shall mean loading the SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE to CPU, memory, and/or other storages of computer. 3. "Registration Key" is an unique identification string, received either from SE-SOFT.COM directly, or from official redistributor/reseller of the SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE. 4. "Registration" is unlocking of limited functionality of SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE by entering Registration Key in SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE interface. SE-SOFT.COM grants You the license to use SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE, if You accept all the conditions listed in this agreement. You may: 1. Use SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE with limited functionality without Registration. 2. Use SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE without limited functionality only after Registration. 3. Use one Registration Key to unlock limited functionality of SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE on single computer only. You may not: 1. Use, copy, modify, or transfer copies of SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE except as provided for in this agreement. 2. Remove any proprietary notices or labels from SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE. 3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make derivative works based on SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE (except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation). 4. Rent, lease, sublicense or assign SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE or any copy thereof. 5. Make any attempt to discover the source code of SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE. 6. Generate or distribute the Registration Key in any way. 7. Unlock the limited functionality of SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE in any way, except the Registration. SE-SOFT.COM hereto reserves the right to validate registration information and charge a fee for upgrades released for SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE. NO WARRANTIES. SE-SOFT.COM expressly disclaims any warranty for SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE. SE-SOFT.COM SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
