END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR RIYAZSTUDIO This license agreement grants permission to install RiyazStudio tabla and tanpura (the "Software") and its use in accordance with the number of computer licenses purchased. This license agreement grants permission to use the supplied sound samples for practice purposes. Distribution or broadcast of these sound samples or recordings derived from them is not granted by this license; contact us at [email protected] if you wish do this. RiyazStudio reserves all rights, including ownership of all copies of the software, except those expressly granted to you as licensee. THIS LICENSE PROHIBITS: 1. Modification, translation, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly of the Sofware, and the creation of derivative works based on the Software; 2. Removal, obscuration or alteration of any RiyazStudio copyright or other proprietary rights notices. 3. Circumvention of RiyazStudio computer registration by any method. LIMITED WARRANTY The software is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
