REPORTIZER VIEWER 6 END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT COPYRIGHT (c) 2004-2020 VITALIY LEVCHENKO SOFTWARE THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (EITHER ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AS AN INDIVIDUAL OR ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY AS ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE) AND VITALIY LEVCHENKO SOFTWARE. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND PRINT OUT A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS. THIS AGREEMENT SUPERSEDES PREVIOUS VERSIONS. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING VITALIY LEVCHENKO SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST CANCEL THE INSTALLATION OR, IF THE SOFTWARE ALREADY INSTALLED ON YOUR COMPUTER, PROMPTLY UNINSTALL IT. SOFTWARE. As used in this Agreement, the term "Software" means Reportizer Viewer software program supplied by Vitaliy Levchenko Software. OWNERSHIP. You acknowledge that the Software is a product of Vitaliy Levchenko. It is protected by international copyright law. All copyrights are exclusively owned by Vitaliy Levchenko. LICENSE GRANT. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Vitaliy Levchenko Software hereby grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to: (a) install the Software, (b) use the Software for your internal use, (c) copy the Software for back-up or archival purposes, and (d) redistribute the Software along with your own software products inside or outside your own install packages (only after you purchase Vitaliy Levchenko Software products Reportizer and/or Database Tour Pro and keep the original install package of the Software unchanged). NO WARRANTIES. The Software is distributed "as is" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. You use the Software at your own risk. Vitaliy Levchenko Software will not be liable to you or any third party for any kind of consequences, which occur or not occur while installing, using, or uninstalling the Software. RESTRICTIONS. Except as provided in this Agreement, you may not: 1. Sublicense, sell, lease, rent, permit use of, give, or lend the Software or any copy or portion thereof; 2. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, analyze, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software; 3. Reconfigure or modify the Software in order to enable features or functionality different than those described in the Software documentation; 4. Use or incorporate the Software or any portion thereof in any other product without the prior written permission of Vitaliy Levchenko; 5. Remove, alter, or obscure the copyright, trademark, proprietary, or other notices from the Software or any of its screen displays; 6. Translate the Software without written permission of Vitaliy Levchenko Software. DISTRIBUTION. You may redistribute the Software by any mean (CDROM, Cover Disc, Web site...) as long as you keep the original install package of the Software unchanged. You may not redistribute the Software along with your own software products except cases described above. TECHNICAL SUPPORT. If you purchase Vitaliy Levchenko Software products Reportizer and/or Database Tour Pro, you are eligible to receive the technical support for the Software. TERMINATION. You may terminate the Agreement at any time. Also, the Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the restrictions described above. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software from your computer and all storage media.
