Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Redcoal Pty Ltd your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. The Redcoal Mobile Messenger may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. This is not a concurrent use license. I.e. not more than 1 person can use the Redcoal SMS Plug-In from the same Redcoal SMS Account. If multiple users need to access the same Redcoal SMS account via multiple installations of the Plug-In then additional user licenses must be purchased. Multiple user packs can be purchased from Redcoal at http://www.redcoal.com THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which NetHelpDesk may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
