PT Portrait License Agreement The enclosed software that includes programs, plug-ins, libraries and documentation (hereinafter the "Software") is licensed, not sold, to you by Chengzhu Li ("AUTHOR") or its distributors for use only under the terms of this License, and AUTHOR reserves any rights not expressly granted to you. You own the media on which the Software is recorded or fixed, but AUTHOR retains ownership of the Software itself. By installing and/or in any way using the Software, you indicate that you accept this license agreement. If you are unable or unwilling to accept this license agreement then you may not use the Software and must return and/or destroy all copies of the Software in your possession. 1. License AUTHOR grants to you the license that allows you to install and use the Software on any of your computers. But does not allow to run the Software on different computers simultaneously. If you need to run the Software on different computers simultaneously, you must purchase one license for each computer. You shall not: 1. Sublicense, sell, lease, permit use of, give, lend, distribute, release, provide access to, or in any way transfer the Software or any copy or portion thereof, except for Trial Distribution as permitted above. 2. Copyright The Software is owned by Chengzhu Li and is protected by International copyright laws and treaty provisions. 3. LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY This Software is licensed "AS IS". If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the Software, remove it from your computer system and destroy all copies of it. These warranties are in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will AUTHOR be liable to you for damages, including any loss of profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Software, even if AUTHOR has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 3. INDEMNIFICATION By installing and using the Software, you hereby agree to save and hold harmless AUTHOR from any loss, direct or consequential damage, or claim incurred by you resulting from reliance upon the results obtained through the use of the Software.
