You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of Backfaces Team and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the SOFTWARE. 2. TRIAL VERSION The trial version of the SOFTWARE may be freely distributed with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the SOFTWARE without written permission of the copyright holder. 3. LICENSE GRANT Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE for any legal purposes.
