The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. By installing and using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you indicate that you have read and understood the entire contents of this EULA, and provide your express consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed to you "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. You assume all risk of using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on 3 (three) different computers at the same time, including your work, home or portable computers, that may run Microsoft Windows or Mac OSX in any combinations of your choice.
