PocketJam END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT: DEFINITION OF SHAREWARE Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software before buying it. If you register PocketJam, after your credit card or check is approved, an email will be sent to you with the registration key to unlock the software. Once this information is emailed to you, there will be no refunds given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software. With a traditional retail purchase, you are able to return a physical product.
