License Information END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Pingotec Text Art IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement is a legal Agreement between you and Adlersparre & Associates Inc. for Pingotec Text Art. By installing, copying, or otherwise using and testing Pingotec Text Art, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use Pingotec Text Art. Any reproduction or redistribution of Pingotec Text Art or any of its components not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Each license obtained allows installing Pingotec Text Art on a single computer. Your rights and obligations with respect to the use of Pingotec Text Art or any of its components are as follows: You may: 1. Install and use one copy of Pingotec Text Art Art on a single computer. 2. Store a copy of Pingotec Text Art on a storage device, such as a network server, or a portable media used only to install Pingotec Text Art on your computer in case your copy of Pingotec Text Art is damaged or lost. However, you must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate computer on which Pingotec Text Art is installed or run from the storage device. A license for Pingotec Text Art may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers. 3. Receive support by e-mail to answer questions and solve problems referred to the program.
