We continue to own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Software and its Modifications. 4.Prohibited Uses Except as contemplated above with respect to Redistribution Licenses, you may not: * Use any part of the Software or Modifications or your knowledge of the Software to create a product with the same or substantially the same functionality as the Software * Sublicense, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Software or Documentation * Modify or remove any copyright notices from any of the Software files. 5. Termination This License Agreement and Your right to use the Software and Modifications will terminate immediately without notice if You fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
