If otherwise not agreed, you may only use this Software on a single computer, on its temporary replacement, or on a subsequent computer. The Software is "in use" on a computer when it is resident in memory (i.e., RAM) or installed on the hard disk (executable and other files) or other storage device. You may not either temporarily or permanently transfer or sub-license your rights to use the Software under this Agreement.
