soft Xpansion License Agreement If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use this software. Promptly remove it from your computer. Do not install or use the software until you have read and accepted all of the license terms. Installation or use of the software by you will be deemed to be acceptance of the license terms. Grant of license. soft Xpansion hereby grants you, and you accept, a limited license subject to the terms and conditions contained herein to use the software recorded on the enclosed medium or sent as a file (called "the Software" in this Agreement). If otherwise not agreed, you may only use this Software on a single computer, on its temporary replacement, or on a subsequent computer. The computer is a single working place, not any kind of a server. The Software is "in use" on a computer when it is resident in memory (i.e., RAM) or installed on the hard disk (executable and other files) or other storage device. You may not either temporarily or permanently transfer or sub-license your rights to use the Software under this Agreement. All intellectual property rights in the title, software, user documentation and the written materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist, are owned by soft Xpansion or its suppliers and are protected by copyright laws, other applicable copyright laws and international treaty provisions. soft Xpansion retains all rights not expressly granted. Transfers.
