If you do not agree with the following, do not use Parsnips and remove it from your system. 1. Ownership When purchasing a license for Parsnips you have no ownership rights in the software itself. Rather, you purchase a license to use Parsnips as long as this License Agreement remains in full force and effect. Ownership of the software, documentation and all intellectual property rights therein shall remain at all times with Otherwise. 2. License Agreement Parsnips is shareware. You are allowed to test this software intensively for a period of 14 days. To use the software after this period legally you need to purchase a valid license. You may learn how to purchase a license by visiting the web site whose URL is at the top of the page. By using the software beyond the test period you infringe international copyright terms. The licensed version of the Parsnips can be installed by the licensee on as many computers as he wants, as long as Parsnips is only used by a single person at a time. 3. All provisions relating to confidentiality, proprietary rights, and non-disclosure shall survive the termination of this Software License Agreement. 8. General This License Agreement shall be construed, interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflicts of law provisions thereof. The exclusive forum for any disputes arising out of or relating to this License Agreement shall be an appropriate court sitting in Texas, USA. This License Agreement shall constitute the entire Agreement between the parties hereto.
