Pad was written by Hesky-Data Software. Copyright 1997-2001 by Hesky-Data Software (in the following: the author). All rights reserved. This program is shareware, that means you may test it for a period of 30 days. After this period you have to either order a user license or you have to remove it from your hards disk(s) and destroy all copies. Using Pad after this period is illegal and violates international Copyright laws. If you want to give the unregistered version of Pad to your friends, please use the package, which is available from our web site. No included files (except for those which are purposed to be. Eg. Clip libraries, Templates, ...) may be altered or decompiled. You may not sell or lend neither the unregistered nor the registered version of Pad. You may sell a shareware CD that includes Pad, whereas shareware CD is defined as a CD that includes not solely Pad, but other (useful) applications, as well. You have to first contact the author for authorization. The number of registered users (and only those) may use the registration code, which you receive after your registration.
