End User License Agreement By installing NinjaLoader you will get NinjaSurf as mandatory component of NinjaSurf (both NinjaLoader and NinjaSurf are referred to as Software or Application) you agree to this End User License Agreement and apropriate Privacy Policy. Software is property of Click Yes LP (referred to as Company) We want to make our disclosure as clear as possible for you, and you will also always have a link to the End User License Agreement from within the installer when you first run it. 1. On each of our software pages it will specify the exact distribution license the specific software title uses. By installing this software you are agreeing to be bound by this End User License Agreement, and all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
