This Software Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and D. Sutadi. By installing this Software, by loading or running the Software, by placing or copying the Software onto your hard drive, or by distributing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. These are the only terms by which D. Sutadi permits copying or use. LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR New Dominoes 2.1 General terms: 1. THE SOFTWARE. The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer program New Dominoes 2.1, which consists of executable files, data files, and documentation. New Dominoes 2.1 uses the latest technology in Electronic Software Distribution Solution developed by our partner SOFTWRAP LIMITED ("Softwrap"). 2. GRANT OF LICENSE. D. Sutadi grants you the right to the use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may load the Software into RAM as well as install it on a hard disk or other storage device. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. 2.1. EVALUATION VERSION LICENSE. You may evaluate the evaluation version for maximum of fourteen (14) days, after which you must register the Software or remove it from your computer. You may distribute copies of the evaluation version of the Software freely to other users, provided that any copy must contain the original, unaltered files and proprietary notices. You have the ability to register the evaluation version at any time by purchasing online via internet. This will convert the Software into the registered version, and the Registered Version License below will then apply. 2.2. REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE. The Registered Version only licensed for the computer you are buying it on. All the purchase and registration process is managed by Softwrap. Download & install New Dominoes 2.1, start the Software. Click 'Buy Now' (instead of 'Try Now'), then follow the prompts. You may also choose between: Purchase Single License, Purchase Multiple Licences, Activate Multi-User Licenses and Re-installation of license. The Software can only be installed once on your computer, and that hard drive failure, or installation on a new computer, may render the software unusable. In such an event, you must phone the Softwrap toll free number and show proof of purchase via a transaction number to unlock the software for further use. This will only be done once for the transfer to a new computer or disk, and thereafter the software must be re-purchased. For further information about Softwrap, please visit their site at www.softwrap.com. 3. COPYRIGHT. The Software is owned by D. Sutadi and protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All rights are reserved. The Software may contain certain licensed materials and D. Sutadi's licensors may act to protect their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement. All the intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the Software is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This Agreement grants you no rights to use such content. You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material, except that you may make copies of the evaluation version of the Software to give to other persons under the terms of this Agreement. Except as expressly licensed by D. Sutadi. D. Sutadi reserves the exclusive copyright and all other rights, title and interest to distribute the Software. 4. NO WARRANTY. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILTY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF THE PROGRAM AND FILES. 5. DISTRIBUTION. You may distribute copies of this evaluation version of this Software to anyone, provided it is not modified in any way. You are free to include copies of this evaluation version of this Software on CD-ROM or any other media providing that you do NOT charge the end-users for the software, and that you send inform us at [email protected] describing when and how you wish to distribute the software.
