PPP Infotech Ltd expressly disclaims any warranty for netMailshar . netMailshar and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of netMailshar remains with you. Grant of License. You are hereby granted the right to use one copy of the enclosed software program, netMailshar, (the "SOFTWARE") on a single computer for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days.
