This is a legal agreement (this "Agreement") between you ("Licensee") and Anseko ("Licensor"). By downloading the software package and/or by installing and/or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. 1. Term This License is effective upon Licensee's first use of the Software and shall continue until terminated. Anseko may terminate this Agreement upon breach by Licensee of any terms hereof. 3. Other Restrictions Licensee may not rent, lease or otherwise commercialize the Software in any manner. Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the Software in any way. The Software may not be used to process malicious or harmful programs (such as, but not limited to, worms, trojan horses, rootkits, spyware etc.). 4. Limitation of Liability THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
