AN Shura Computing Neotrek File Data Pro Software End User Licence Agreement. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The user acknowledeges to abide by the terms of the Neotrek File Data Pro license agreement, otherwise referred to as "the software" in this document. The user agrees to deinstall Neotrek File Data Pro after 14 days or register this software licence with AN Shura Computing. When Neotrek File Data Pro is installed each registered licence is for one drive or storage device only. The licence may not be transferred to another individual after registration. It is designed for one device, so if for example two copies are on separate drives only one will be registered. A separate licence must be purchased for each drive or storage media device. The trial period may be limited by the software unless registered. Neotrek File Data Pro is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. The user may use the software for installation on one computer only, that has no more than one CPU. The user may not rent, lease, loan or resell the software. The user may not copy the software. The license is valid for the use of one user only, who is also the valid purchaser of a license. The user shall not modify or relocate any files installed by the installer component provided with the software. This is necessary for the proper functioning of the software. The software, Neotrek File Data Pro, or any part of the software, may not be decompiled, disassembled or reverse engineered under the terms of this license. Neotrek File Data Pro may not be distributed by any third party that charges a fee for access to downloads on another server. The Installer file may not be recompressed or repackaged for distribution in any other format. This software may not be distributed on any peer to peer type of network. Listing websites listing Neotrek Software Products for download should use the direct link to the neotreksoftware.com file primary download URL and or secondary download URL for download links displayed on their websites as shown in any .xml PAD file unless they have obtained the express written consent of the copyright holder AN Shura Computing. Registration Information: When you register this software, the following information is recorded into our 3rd party User Registration Tracking Database: Product Name, Version , Registration Key, Computer Name, Computers Internal IP address, Username logged onto Computer, Operating Systems Registered Owner, Operating Systems Registered Organization... The above information may also be recorded to our 3rd party user registration database on a regular periodic basis in order to update our registered user records. AN Shura Computing assures the user, that the above information will be securely stored, and maintained with the utmost care by us and our 3rd party User Registration tracking company. By installing and/or registering this software, you agree that AN Shura Computing or our 3rd party User Registration tracking company should not be held liable in any manner, if the security of this information is compromised in any manner. To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event will AN Shura Computing or our 3rd party User Registration tracking company, and ours and its licensors be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data, or for special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, however caused regardless of the theory of liability, arising if the security of this information is compromised in any manner, even if AN Shura Computing and our 3rd party User Registration tracking company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
