License Agreement Neo Cryptor version 1.1 Copyright (c) 2007-2011, Russian New Logic. All rights reserved. The Neo Cryptor is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means: 1. All copyrights to Neo Cryptor are exclusively owned by Russian New Logic. 2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 20 days. Following this test period, if you wish to continue to use Neo Cryptor, you MUST register. 3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Neo Cryptor on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered Neo Cryptor software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions. 4. The Neo Cryptor unregistered evaluation version, may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Neo Cryptor without written permission from the copyright holder. The Neo Cryptor unregistered evaluation version may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without written permission of the copyright holder. 5. Neo Cryptor IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
